Refunds
Short version: try any tool free for 14 days before you pay. If you buy and it isn’t right for you, you have 14 days to ask for your money back.
Before you buy
Every product has a free 14-day trial: the full tool, no card. Put it on a demo account and make sure it works with your broker, your symbols and the way you trade. We would rather you find out then than after paying.
By plan
Lifetime
A full refund if you ask within 14 days of buying.
Yearly
A full refund if you ask within 14 days of buying.
If a yearly plan renews and you meant to cancel it, ask within 7 days of the renewal and we will refund that renewal, as long as the tools haven’t been used since it renewed. We email you before a yearly plan renews.
Monthly
Cancel any time and it stops renewing. It keeps working until the end of the month you have paid for. We don’t refund part of a month.
Bundles
Refunded as a whole, within the same 14 days. We can’t refund one product out of a bundle; if you want to keep one, we refund the bundle and you can buy that product on its own.
What a refund isn’t for
These are tools, not advice, and nothing they do is a promise of profit. Losses, missed profits or a strategy that didn’t work out are not grounds for a refund.
If a tool isn’t doing what its manual says it does, tell us. That is a bug, and we want to fix it.
What happens when you are refunded
- The licence ends, and its keys stop working on every account it was activated on.
- Your settings and files stay on your computer. If you buy again later, they are still there.
- The money goes back to the card or PayPal account you paid with. How long it takes to show depends on your bank, usually 5 to 10 business days.
How to ask
Contact support from the email address you bought with, and say which product. You don’t need to give a reason inside the 14 days, though we are glad to hear it.
Please ask us before disputing a charge with your bank. A refund from us is quicker for you than a dispute, and it reaches you the same way.
Your rights
This policy adds to the rights you have by law where you live. It doesn’t take any of them away.
