Privacy

Short version: we hold your email, your licence and the MT5 account numbers you register. Nothing else.

What we store

• Your email address and the products you bought
• The MT5 account numbers your licence is activated on, and the broker name if you give it
• A log of activations and licence checks, with the time and country, to spot licence sharing
• Support tickets you send us, including any diagnostics you paste

What we never see

• Your trading account credentials. The tools only ever read an account number
• Your trades, balances or positions. Nothing is uploaded from MetaTrader
• Your card details, which are handled by Stripe or PayPal

Removing your data

Email us and we will delete your record. Licences are tied to that record, so deleting it ends them.
